Difference between Contacts and Guests:
- Contacts are additional users who are allowed to log in to your client account.
- Guests are users who already have their own ReadySpace client account.
They can access other client accounts they have been granted permission to use, while using the same login credentials.
To create a new contact:
1)Log in to customer portal
2) From the Dashboard click on Manage Contacts
3) Click on Add new contact
4) Fill in Contact details
5) Scroll down and select approppriate privillges for the user then click on Save
